Vijay Raja Group traces its roots back to 1949, when Mr. M. Rajapandiyan laid the foundation with "Raja Stores," which grew into a thriving multi-branch retail business across the region. The group expanded into construction in 1963, and since then has completed projects covering more than 72,65,362 square feet, earning the trust of over 9,573 satisfied customers.

In 1983, Mr. Chendhilnathan took over as Chairman and led the group into new business territory. That same year saw the launch of "Raja Agency," marking the group's entry into manufacturing and supplying medical and industrial gases.

Today, with a history of over 75 years, Vijay Raja Group has built a strong footprint across healthcare, construction, and hospitality, operating through seven registered group companies. Within the construction sector specifically, it ranks among South India's oldest backward-integrated firms, supported by a workforce of 500+ permanent employees and 3,000+ direct laborers.
