Every property on Propspedia must carry a RERA registration number before it can be listed — no RERA number, no listing. Our free RERA Check tool lets you verify any of them yourself against the official TNRERA registry.
PropScore™ — Not Just a Number
Our proprietary PropScore™ (0–100) weighs five signals from the listing's own data: RERA verification, photo quality, description detail, pricing transparency, and amenities listed.
Zero Buyer Brokerage
Buyers never pay brokerage on Propspedia. Builder and broker listings are monetised through our platform — not through the buyer. This is a structural commitment, not a promotional offer.
Data Transparency
