Every property on Propspedia is cross-checked against TNRERA (Tamil Nadu), KRERA (Karnataka), TSRERA (Telangana) and the respective state RERA databases before it goes live. No RERA number, no listing — no exceptions.

PropScore™ — Not Just a Number

Our proprietary PropScore™ (0–100) aggregates six trust signals: RERA verification, builder approval status, image quality, unit configuration completeness, pricing transparency, and geo-accuracy. A score above 75 means the listing has cleared every major trust checkpoint.

Zero Buyer Brokerage

Buyers never pay brokerage on Propspedia. Builder and broker listings are monetised through our platform — not through the buyer. This is a structural commitment, not a promotional offer.
