Sukku George carries forward a strong family legacy in the field of real estate and construction. His father, Mr. George Ratnam, was associated with the development of Golden George Nagar, a well-known neighbourhood in Chennai that extends across Nerkundram, Padikuppam, and Mogappair East, close to Anna Nagar.

Inspired by his father’s work in the construction sector, Sukku George developed an early interest in building homes and creating distinctive living spaces. During the 1950s and early 1960s, his father was involved in the development of several independent residences and apartment projects, laying the foundation for the next generation’s interest in construction and property development.

Since 1981, Sukku George has successfully undertaken a range of large-scale residential and commercial projects across Auckland in New Zealand, Perth in Australia, and Chennai in India. His experience across international and domestic markets has helped him develop a broad understanding of construction, design, and real estate development.

His journey in the industry began in the 1980s and continues to be driven by the same enthusiasm for creating homes, exploring innovative ideas, and delivering meaningful residential and commercial developments.
