Founded in 1986, Prestige Group has grown into a prominent name in India’s real estate industry, building a strong presence across multiple asset classes. The Group’s growth has been shaped by CMD Irfan Razack, along with his brothers Rezwan Razack and Noaman Razack, whose leadership has guided the organisation through its expansion and diversification.

Over the years, Prestige Group has extended its operations beyond core real estate into a range of complementary businesses. These include interior design through Morph Design Company (MDC) and men’s formal fashion through Prestige Fashions (P) Ltd. Within real estate, the Group maintains a diverse portfolio encompassing residential, commercial, retail, leisure and hospitality developments.

Innovation has remained an important part of the Group’s approach. Prestige has introduced several landmark projects and contributed a number of notable developments and new concepts to the South Indian real estate market.

As of September 2023, the Group had completed more than 300 projects covering over 200 million sq. ft. of developable area. Its portfolio included 56 ongoing projects with a combined developable area of approximately 86 million sq. ft., along with 43 planned projects spanning around 85 million sq. ft. The Group also held a land bank exceeding 728 acres.

Prestige Group’s financial and operational standing is further supported by its CRISIL DA1+ grading and ICRA A+ credit rating. Through continued diversification, innovation and a broad development portfolio, the Group remains focused on creating large-scale projects across multiple segments of the real estate sector.
