Rajni Foundation Private Limited traces its beginnings to M/s. Rajni Builders, a partnership firm established in 2000 by Mrs. S. Rajini and Mr. G. Ravi. During its early years, the partnership successfully completed six projects, laying the foundation for the company’s subsequent growth.

The business later evolved into Rajni Foundation Private Limited, with a leadership team consisting of three directors. The company continues to build on the experience and industry knowledge gained through its earlier operations in construction and property development.

Mr. D. Sridhar, who has around three decades of experience in the construction industry, serves as the Managing Director. He has been involved in executing a range of civil construction works for government departments and brings valuable technical and managerial experience to the organisation.

Rajni Foundation Private Limited focuses primarily on residential flat development through outright land purchases as well as joint venture projects. With experienced leadership and expertise in construction and real estate development, the company aims to create well-planned residential projects while maintaining professional standards throughout the development process.
