Manghalam Estates is part of the Manghalam Group, founded by veteran engineer Er. Shri. N. Venkatramani LCE, Chairman of the group. The organisation is currently managed by Er. T. V. Aanand, B.E., M.B.A., and Er. T. V. Prabhu, B.E., who continue to lead the company’s growth across different areas of real estate development.

The group’s parent firm was established in 1986 and developed a strong presence in the residential apartment sector in Trichy. Over the years, Manghalam has expanded its experience and capabilities while adapting to the changing needs of the real estate market.

In 2009, the group broadened its portfolio by entering the commercial real estate segment. One of its major commercial developments is Manghalam Towers, a large retail and commercial destination in Trichy with approximately 75,000 sq. ft. of built-up space.

The group further diversified its offerings with the launch of Manghalam Weddings & Conventions in Srirangam in 2019. Spread across approximately 25,000 sq. ft., the venue was developed to offer a modern and well-equipped space for weddings, celebrations, and other large gatherings.
